Charles McDowell
Executive Director & Head Coach
About:
Coach Charles has over 35 years of martial arts training, and over 15 years of full time teaching experience. During his teen years, he was a U.S. National Team member & international competitor. Before becoming a full time martial arts instructor, he served as a close quarters combat instructor for military and police organizations as well as a body guard and security specialist for military and government officials in Washington D.C.
Coach Charles oversees day to day operations, curriculum development, and classroom instruction and when not on the floor teaching, he is constantly pursuing his lifelong passion for the martial arts. Attempting to remain a consummate beginner.

Sabrina Adleson
Director & Coach
About:
Coach Adleson oversees development of our Summer Camp & After School Programs, and as a former high level competitor, she assists in training those students who are looking to compete at the highest levels. She is also one of the directors for Hard Work Martial Arts as a Non-Profit and helps further initiatives to help others such as organizing self defense seminars or helping support those in need in our community. When not training in martial arts, Coach Adleson is a wildlife rehabilitation expert assisting with the care and recuperation of animals in need.
